When it came down to doing the work it was the tag-team of Chris and Jackson (Jack). They were clean and thorough in all they did. Incredibly professional from start to finish. It’s so rare to find anyone who cares about the workmanship today. The installer had difficulty removing the old indoor unit (typical issue) but he was determined to leave the new unit looking clean and proficient. Crew included five people in total, and all five were competent, thorough, and professional.
